Chady Saad Ph.D. is a member of the Beirut and Paris Bars, he holds a Ph.D. in Law from Paris Saclay University in France.

He is a law professor at Sagesse University in Beirut and a senior lecturer in sports law at La Sorbonne University in Paris.

He is also the director of the Lebanese Arbitration Center for the Settlement of Sports Disputes.

He is a member of AME (Association of European Mediators) and MDPA (Association of Graduated Mediators of the Panthéon-Assas)

He was the chairman of the Objection and Appeal Committee of the Lebanese Basketball Federation between 2016 and 2017.

He previously represented several Lebanese basketball players and coaches before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT).
